ORDERING – Submit your order with wording, paper selection and quantities on order form. In order to make the proofing process go as quickly as possible, please make sure all your wording is finalized on the order form before you submit it. All orders include white envelopes.
PAYMENT – Submit payment through PayPal. If you don’t have an account with PayPal and do not wish to open one, look for the link on the first page of PayPal that says “Don’t have a PayPal account? Click here to pay with credit or debit card” Also, please remember to update your ship to address in PayPal. We print the shipping labels from PayPal and correct shipping info is very important.
PHOTOS – After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and you can attach your photo to that email, jpg file please, and send that email back to us or submit photos to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line.
PROOFS/DRAFT – One proof will be emailed to you within 24 hours on normal business days (Monday – Friday) of submission and payment of your order. Please also keep in mind we are located in eastern standard time. If your order is received after 5 pm on Friday, it’s very possible you will not receive a proof until Monday morning. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive one. If you require any edits to that proof, please email them to me in one email, this will make the proofing process go much quicker. Your order will not be printed until final approval of your proof.
PROCESSING, PRINTING, PACKING – After your order is approved, your order generally takes 1-2 business days (sometimes 3) for processing, printing and packing.
SHIPPING – Shipping times differ depending on destination, but are generally 2-3 business days using priority mail. If you upgraded to express mail, turnaround times will stay the same, the shipping time is quicker, 1-2 days. We ship our orders via USPS Priority or USPS Express Mail. If you would like to check delivery times you can do so at usps.com and the originating zip code is 30097.
PAPER SPECIFICS – Photo cards are professionally printed on photo paper, just like a real photograph. All the photo cards have a matte finish, which is non-glossy and resist fingerprints. These are all flat photo cards and are 7 ½ x 6 inches.
We have card stock options too. These are printed on 100 lb. heavy card stock and have a smooth finish.
We also offer pearlescent paper which adds a subtle shimmer finish and rich look to cards, and a soft glow to photographs, for the ultimate in elegance. Please refer to our pricing page for more info.
HOURS – We are open normal business days, Monday thru Friday. We are located in EST. At times during the summer, we may work a shorter 4 day work week. If we will be closed during the summer, we will post that info on the home page.
MINIMUM ORDER – Our minimum order for flat cards 10 cards. They are priced at $2.00 each. The minimum order for folded cards or pearl paper is 25 cards.
GETTING ENVELOPES EARLY – Just send us an email with an address of where to send them and we can send them out early for only the cost of shipping, usually between $6.50 and $12.50.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS – If a proof for your order has been created and you cancel your order, a $12.00 – $15.00 fee will apply (per design or file) and will be deducted from your refund for our design time. Because of the nature of the customized orders, you can understand why we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Prior to printing your order, you have the opportunity to verify that your items are just the way you want them. Once approval has been made, all sales are final.
