Ordering Information

Booklet style: 8 ½ x 11 size paper, horizontal, folded down the middle.

In order to get your programs printed and shipped in time, we would need to have the order and information 7 business days prior to the COH date.

1) ORDERING – Select design and printing option, select quantity. Upload your word document. Add items to your cart and proceed through the shipping and payment process. Please make sure you indicate in the word document, front cover, back cover, inside left and inside right depending on which option you purchase and that your wording for the program is finalized as this will make the design/proof stage go much quicker.

Print Option 1) I DESIGN AND PRINT THE ENTIRE PROGRAM FOR YOU: These programs are printed on 65 lb. card stock (minimum order of 30). Printed copies are $2.00 each.

Print Option 2) I DESIGN AND PRINT THE FRONT AND BACK COVER ONLY: You can then print the inside. These programs are printed on 65 lb. card stock (minimum order of 30). Printed copies are $1.50 each.

2) PAYMENT – Submit payment through PayPal. If you don’t have an account with PayPal and do not wish to open one, look for the link on the first page of PayPal that says “Don’t have a PayPal account? Click here to pay with credit or debit card” Also, please remember to make sure your shipping address in PayPal is current.

3) PROOFS/DRAFT – One proof will be emailed to you within one day, on normal business days, of submission and payment of your order. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive one. If you require any edits to that proof, please email them to me in one email. Your order will not be printed until final approval of your proof.

4) PROCESSING, PRINTING, PACKING AND SHIPPING – Your order generally take 1-2 business days (sometimes 3) for processing, printing and packing. Shipping times differ, but are generally 2-3 business days using priority mail. If you upgrade to express mail, turnaround times will stay the same, the shipping time is quicker, 1-2 days.
